At NothingProjector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your projector or screen in its original factory packaging, including all cables, remotes, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
